Why aren,t all of the Company inspections the same? One company is checked for 10 hr sleep, one companys electronics are only checked to match fuel times and another companys Q coms aren,t checked at all. Probably depends on how much they pay to goverment agencys!

Nope. Violations do not count as points against drivers under CSA. Companies yes. This is not saying it won't show up on you DAC report/State MVR.

I have one for the record books ! Yesterday I received a non payment violation for my log book , seems some of my previous logs inked through to newer logs , while I can see the problem I did use the cardboard in between the paper logs as I always do. Oh well 1st violation in 25 years I guess I'm ahead of the game. It was bound to happen eventually.

I use 4 sheets of those cover pieces they book in the log book package and don't get any bleed through. -

I'm still trying to figure out how that guy posted the CSA link and thinks the CSA doesn't effect drivers...only carriers!!!!
