I bought this truck 3 months ago.

Dealer that i bought the truck from installed new continental highway steer tires
    and new front shocks.

When we left the dealer the trucks RH front wheel acted like it was going to fall off.
We go back, and they somewhat balance the tire on the truck and we go home
    with wheel steel wobbling little.

I had my local shop install the centramatic and it still didn't fix it completely but wobble was very small.

Few days ago my driver calls me and tells me the wobble is really bad now and there is cupping on the inside of the RH front tire.

He goes to a truck shop and they swap the front wheels and balance them again.

Monday my driver tells me that the front RH wheel now feels like it is going to fall off, it is wobbling really bad.

He took the truck to Nextran Volvo in Tampa next day and they tell me that both of my front wheels are bad.

I got so mad, but still had to suck it up and listen to him talk to me like i am stupid.
How can they both be bad when only LH front wheel wobbles?

They tell me that they will receive the wheel hole to stud alignment tool tomorrow and then they will align the wheels
properly and that should fix a problem until i buy new front wheels to replace those on the truck.

If that doesn't fix it they are saying its the wheel hub. They are guessing whats wrong with the truck.

    I am so mad now.

If anyone had similar issue with their truck, please help.

    Thanks Ben.

Sounds like the tire to rim, or rim to hub was never properly centered in the first place. Tires can be miss mounted on the rim and run out of round and cause a shake. Rims can also be mounted slightly off center to the hub and then run out of round and cause the same thing. When a new tire is installed you should jack up the axle and spin up the tire to make sure it spins true. You can balance a tire over and over, but if it isn't rolling true you're just wasting your money and ruining the tire!

We swapped the front wheel and tire from side to side and it still shakes ONLY on the RH side. LH side is fine with either wheel and tire installed.
Plus the RH side tire is cupping on the inside.

I am going to try swapping the brake drums to see if that solves the issue.

Are the wheel bearings ok and how about the king pins? Or even the tie rod end.

Very common problem is where the rim/wheel will not properly center on the hub. There may be some clearance between those centering tabs on the hub and inside diameter of the wheel. When you bolt up the wheel to the hub the wheel is off center so as the complete assembly spins it is spinning out of round. If you jack up the axle and spin up the tire you will see it actually going up and down as it is spinning. This would explain why the problem was still there after swapping wheels side to side. I would say if there something wrong with bearings on that hub you would be going through wheel seals all the time and something would have gotten worse or let go by now.

dam new set of CONTI's, and such a new truck as well, hows the front shocks on that side?tie rod end?king pins? simple test can be done with a long pry bar and jacking her up and at certaint pivot points try to find play.

not for nothing check for the straightness of the drag/center link.

how many miles are on this sucker?

First off what type of wheels do you actually have? Are they Alcoa buds ? Motor wheels ? Sometimes tires are not made well and have imperfections. Why did dealer change them ? They must have know there was a problem. Try a different brand tire. Of course it does get costly but if you need to change tires that's the way to go. Sometimes a bad driver goes over a curb and breaks the belts. Are you the driver all the time or you have the same guy having the problem? Maybe it's not the truck? Maybe the culprit is a driver who can't negotiate corners and drives over them instead. I have followed some drivers and have witnessed it.

Front shocks are good, they are few months old. Tie rods and king pins are good also.

    Wheels are OEM Alcoa Wheels.

Dealer change the tire first time because the ones that they had on the truck had no thread on them.

Driver is same driver i had for 10 years. This is his 5th truck driving for me and we never had any problems with him.
