I'm from the east coast and my truck burnt up, im probably not going to replace it, are there any camp jobs for drivers, or jobs you just stay in the truck and go home every few months? I would possibly be interested in that for sure.

    Hahahaha.. RIGHT.
I've been out working 12 days out of my hitch so far, the work has PILED up but man the maintenance that we have to do to keep catching up is rediculous.. Yesterday I was up at 4:30 and pulled into the yard with my unit at 9pm - today I started out catching up on all that - like a swarm all the guys rocked it today - we repacked heads, we washed units, did 250 hour services ran totes, moved iron, drained everything, washed floors and 2 crews are out of the yard til tonight. My cheques are getting pretty nice, we even have a full crew bound for the US right now, they're off monday taking units to houston with some Med Hat guys.

No they won't buy me a house, I'm not getting 50/hour and I have 6 pair of coveralls and 4 of them are my ' shop ' ones which are covered in grease - havin fun man, this is what I came here for.

    Wooo
(gonna go tomorrow and do more :)
They said show up at the shop and pack a bag, I might be heading out til the end of my hitch.

Hey, now that's more like it!! Get out there and work finally, it's been a long summer for you guys! :)

New wells being drilled all over this area now too, looks like things are about to take right off. I'm not used to having traffic on the lease roads anymore, it's been quiet for months.

Always pack for 15 days and keep it with you. Jobs that were pushed forward due to all the rain are now coming online. On days off, or else I would still be out on lease.

So what happened with the crew bus job?

What jobs have you been assigned when on lease? Sand? Breaker?

    High school or driving school?

If you just got your class 1, you're already ahead of most who apply so yes they will hire you.
