Extended dropped the ball on an etap I sent in which made me appear late for an appt which I wasn't. Jobsite super wanted me late, I was held out the next weekend which caused me to lose 800 guarantee. After a lengthy discussion, maverick made it right.

On getting held out again this weekend, this load is 250 oor route, Fm says its 133 but that's not possible... My oor for the 1/4 is 5.5 and mpg is 7.3 so I'm going home...

Oh and once I got my big paycheck this morning I quit quitting. U now how it is drivers... That mouth can't cash a maverick check....

yeah, I can comprehend written English pretty well, considering I live in the south. And I'd bet there's not one single driver on the fleet that would not have left for the reasons I did.

To the best of my knowledge, you never did say exactly why you left, but I am sure you had a good one.

first I have to know how big the bet is. I have been trucking for a lot of years and it's pretty hard to beat this outfit. Not to say they couldnt do something that would get me to leave.
I looked around every now and then I can't find anywhere that pays better with better equipment.
I hope you find what you're looking for it's a jungle out there.

The permits were ordered first thing Friday morning, which should have been plenty of time...I did get the permits today (permit guy can work from home), but they were wrong...they got mine and another of our drivers mixed up and gave us both the same route (we're going different places)...I can use the permit, but only to Missoula, MT...should have the updated permit by then though.

No...we don't generally get detention for permits not arriving (exceptions have been made for certain circumstances), its just a calculated risk...doesn't happen often anyway.
