need a truck identification from a photo

Its not my truck and I don't work for the toll collector, I got a toll violation from that cesspool of hell New Jersey, first off, never been there, and I haven't been out of FL in the last 2 years, I called and tried to work it out and the ##### on the phone didn't want to have anything to do with me, I was gonna say F-it cause they don't even have my real name correct on the address blank, but somehow the second notice still made it to me in the mail, I just don't want it attached to me and next time I go to renew a plate or my license and get whoppered and have to deal with it.

so here is what I did so far, before the first time I called I had a cop friend run the plate as it came back that it is not a valid Florida commercial tag, I didn't think ours had the month down the center, this one says OCT, I told the lady that, also explained I have never been to NJ, she said that info wasn't good enough and added the info from the plate was returned to them from DMV ???? Who's DMV,, not Floridas ?????

so my next step is to go to my local DL- license tag place and have them run a list of every plate I have ever had in my name and send that to the with a F-off letter to stop bothering me with this crap.

any other ideas ??
