    Now im the proud owner of RM latest POS 400.00 dollars and i cant update this pile of junk cuz it keeps shutting my computer down part way into the update heres my finger to rand mcnally !!!!!!

    That would sound like a program conflict. Uninstall the RNDDock and see if it still boots up without the TND connected. Then power on the TND and connect it to the computer...

    what kind of computer - memory on board?

    Its a high dollar custom job but your advice did the trick KUDOS to mark ! RM still gets my finger i just hope they pay mark well !!!!!

    I just bought a TND 720 a couple days ago and so far "not" real happy, the unit only shows about 1/3 of the roads I drive past (even marked Hwy's)......WTF is up with that ?

    Just bought a brand new TND 720 a couple days ago and "not" real happy so far , why does this unit on map name about 1/3 of all roads and even some marked Hwy's, I make pick ups and deliverys in remote areas and need "ALL" streets and roads listed on the map !

    Please tell me I didn't just waist $400 when a $100 unit or even a cheap phone GPS would do what this one will not !?!?

    So since the first install of the Dock it was causing issues and upon uninstalling the Dock and reinstalling it, it now works correctly?
