I am not blind friend, owner op is a lot of responsablity, an I got a family to take care of. So this isn't a half ####ed idea I got. This is a goal an in my home land I am going to run hot-loads, an milker, Got my permits to pull it off the farms. This is a well thought out plan an I know how to adjust...That is how you get thru life....As for money for this company, everybody is staying here for a reason workig for these pennies, exspecialty flatbeders. My reason....CONNECTIONS........Gotta know people to move freight with your own authority.....use or be used........Thanks Western...An I learn every day...Promise you that.....Peace........

I don't know who's thread you where meant to respond to, but I keep myself safe an NO-dispatcher makes me run illegal. An you are a company man for real with commments such as " we can not stress csa logs enough" an there is not a safty person in this company in any terminal that cares about a driver...All they worry about is there own pay check that is why there is such a wall of people to climb to get any action or anything done or anything important for a driver. That is how corperations work......screw the labor, pay the desk jocks....Make all drivers be responsabile an do paper logs, lets see how many drivers an company people keep there jobs.Bet I do....An this company dose not hire to many drivers, they have over 2500 trucks..They are hiring bad an untrained drivers....An if you really look you will see there trainers are not doing there jobs an only care about those extra miles cause of the bad pay. Let me gusse you are a trainer....hahahahaha..Truth hurts....E-Logs are not mandated by the feds an I just filed my own suit against the fed to stop the mandate too.Gonna stop ruining my industry........If you are not trained properly an can't run paper get out......Peace an safe travels ...

I am a driver just like you, not a trainer or company man. just learning ins and outs, as far as safety guys go, i am the safety instructor and really stress running safe and legal. the safety coordinator was also a driver. who still drives from time to time.

Western is disorganized and it is a driver mill. If you can do better, do better .

I Repeat, Western express is only good if you are a newbie, behind the eight ball and need a job desperately .It is the bottom of the barrel in the trucking industry. Disorganized, faulty newer equipment that will keep you curb side for at least 2 days . They've forgotten that just because you have a customer base of cheap freight clients you still need qualified drivers to do the work. If you put crapola in you get crapola out. They need a management team who can manage not threaten drivers or cheat them out of their pay !!! If you can, avoid this place like prison !!!

The problem I saw with Western Express was that all the employees felt it was your responsibility to do their job. A employee said they could call a taxi for me.... What that meant was you had to find their desk and they would show you where a phone book was and that you needed to do it as they didnt want to take responsibility.

Another time I was ordered to take a trailer to a repair yard. The trailer was dropped off and the company kept telling the repair yard to contact me as to why the company told me to drop the trailer there. Aside from the fact there was a gaping hole in the roof. The company had no desire to tell the repair yard there was a hole in the roof?

Hello kettle, my name is pot, your black. Lol
Your ######## about people not doing things for you....things you don't want to do for yourself or the company. Do you see the irony in your post? You work for the company, they don't work for you.

You can't handle the rigors of being a company driver, yet you plan on being an o/o? Okay. Good luck to you. Lol

stop crying, and drive... drive legal and safe..if its broken get it fixed... and yes i still drive. made a run last week...PAPER NOT ELOGS and ran legal... some of so called drivers left damaged and down equipment for the next guy.. SO I DID WHAT A DRIVER SHOULD DO AND GET THEM FIXED.. does any driver think about the next guy.... I tell all of the newbies and SUPERTRUCKERS what if someone has done this to you and you had a family emergency to attend to and you could not because of issues like this one.... so please treat the next driver how you would like to be treated... be safe and may your miles be many... I was not pointing fingers so don't get mad. No matter what company you drive for just be respectful. may you forever run legal and safe, and the coups stay closed....
