Phase 1 (8 days) orientation
Phase 2 (7-14 days) with a trainer
Phase 3 (until they feel comfortable that you understand how the system works)
I was in phase 3 for 3 months because they didn't have a different dispatcher for me yet. I didn't mind, you don't get paid less while in phase 3 or anything

finished orientation yesterday, now playing the "waiting to be assigned a trainer as we approach a holiday weekend" game. hopefully operations will be able to hook us all up before friday.....
as to orientation...learned a lot -
i leave this Sat Sept 1 for my orientation at Roehl, hope it goes as smooth for me. This thread help me reassure myself that I am making a good choice going with Roehl

update on my class, one left wednesday. they sent the rest of us home, the holiday seems to have caused a bad shortage of trainers...alas, at least i get to visit a few days. -
