Hit the reset button on the back. Should be just above and to the right of the Serial number tag. The TND's needs to be power cycled every few days. If not you will get the Low Memory message.
A lot depends on what you are running and what screens you have looked at as once you go to different screens they hold in memory so they can be accessed faster on the next look/see.
Thanks,
Mark

Mark. This is what I'm seeing when I plug into my computer. I tried deleting and new install of the dock.
Stumped here. Send me your email and I'll try to send the logs. If you need me to.
I had the registration page popping up last night. I just shut down and tried again today to see the above.

A quick fix. If you are having issues with the Dock, follow the paths below and delete all the files in the Logs folder.
Be sure to go to your computer screen and in the bottom right in the start icons, find the blue/white icon for the Rand Dock and then right click and exit. If this is active it ties back to the Dock Log and you will not be able to send the most current file.
If you are on XP.

Hi, Mark
I just bought a new TND 720 on Thursday and ran it with my TND T5E side by side. The 720 brightness and contrast are so much better than the T5E.Map calculations are much faster too.Next week I will run both TND's side by side from Ogden Utah to Kenosha Wi. to Sheboygan Falls Wi. and back to Ogden Utah. The T5E is running old maps so it will be fun to see what the newest maps show. The TND 720 is a great improvement on previous models and the Rand McNally team should be proud of this new model.
The TND 720 at this time will not transfer the old files from the T5E address book.Do you have instructions on how to manually do this on a Mac or do we need to wait for a dock fix.
Good luck with the home remodel, been there and done that,LOL

Are the glitches fixed with the traffic receiver? Looking to buy a 720 and the traffic receiver, but if it's not working yet, I may hold off.

Hi, sometimes my 510 will show truck stop and rest area icons in the map area. How do I make them appear when they are not on the screen? I updated the maps last night and everything went smoothly, thanks for all your info,...Tom
