I just got the packet from Stevens , and as I was comparing it with Prime . It would talk roughly 15 yrs. to make the same cpm that Prime would start me at in a l/w . Am I ready the info wrong or does Prime start out at a higher rate then most others?
Question?

i really wouldnt cocern myself with anything other then getting a year under my belt and then moving on to better paying companies. All of these companies baffle you with BS then dont discuss all the deductions. Company driving is for the inexperienced to let you learn all the basics so you can decide where in the industry suits you
DrtyDiesel and CAXPT Thank this. -
It is all relative.Higher cpm could sometimes mean a lower amount of miles per week and vice-versa.
CAXPT Thanks this. -
get some more options !!!
American-Trucker, CAXPT, DrtyDiesel and 1 other person Thank this. -

I have every intention on staying with a company for at LEAST a year , before I look at any other possibilities.

oh wait...
i bin doing this crap for "just over" 25 years now....

get your foot in the door. best thing to do companys change every month. By the time u hit a year we could go higher in pay or lower or the companys could just shut down. Its the life out here. Arrow shut there doors without letting there drivers know. Things happen out here that we just dont understand. But dont change trucking companys alot they look down on that. keep it professional at all times and dont just quit when u do. make sure u turn ur truck in where they want it. We have Dac's out here if that gets messed up makes it harder to get a job. Good luck but here a tip if ur looking at pay. Look at the Yearly Average not CPM

arrow isn't the only company that shut there doors.
