Just read thru your posts. You've not got a year in yet, already have worked for a few companies, and now have a CSA score of 134??? At first glance I thought it was just dumb luck that happened to you. Now I'm looking at it from a whole new perspective. Dude, at what point are you going to take responsibility for what's gone on? Being responsible is a huge part of trucking, if you're not, there can be real consequences. Think about what you're doing before you find another job. I'm not being mean, just giving you constructive criticism. With one year, you should have very few points.
134 CSA Points - can I get hired at a new company?

Reading through your posts like Joseph did I do not think the points were acquired in one inspection. It was the final straw that put your points over 100. As someone who does hire drivers for my own trucks, I can tell you having looked at everything I would not be taking the risk. There is a lot at stake for the company. Too many points by the sum of all their drivers there is a progressive scale of enforcement. No company wants an on site audit. The way they keep this from happening is to keep only the drivers who can stay below the radar. Sorry to say you are not one of them.

But you don't look good on paper. If I was a perspective employer for you, I would have looked thru your history first. Then your MVR and your CSA. With less than a year, you shouldn't have had these problems. Don't think I'm trying to be a know it all or rude, but facts are facts. We all make our own bed and have to lie in it. You better hope whatever company it is that will take a chance on you already knows about your CSA score. And if you get hired somewhere you better keep your nose clean. Like no violations at all, no excuses. Three companies in 1 year and 134 points is no good no matter what excuse you make. Remember that.

For all the new drivers out there read through what has been said here and learn something. You can work for the cheapest, worst company on the face of the planet, but ultimately it is you who are responsible. Sammy that trailer should have never moved until everything you found on the pretrip was FIXED. No matter what the company said what they did that trailer became your responsibility from the time you hooked up to it. It is better to be fired for refusing to move until it is fixed than to go down the road with a problem that puts the trailer OOS.

Guys.. YOUR 100% RIGHT..I SHOULD NOT HV TAKEN THAT TRAILER.....PERIOD...I AM BYE NO MEANS TRYING TO PASS THAT BUCK...IT JUST SUCKS...IM BYE NO MEANS A FOLLOWER..I speak MY MIND...I JUST HAD SPENT $5000 CASH ON MY CDL( MY BIKE MONEY). & I LET FALCON BULLY ME ..& I DONT LET NO ONE DO THAT...I JUST F.....UP....ND I HV LEARNED THAT THE HARD WAY..I DID PASD THAT LEVEL 2 WITH 0 violations ...

Well Sammy it is going to be hard but if you can find a no BS company that insists on safety and doing things the right way, talk to them lay it all out there right off the bat. They may take you on and work with you.
