I wouldn't go to a company like Averitt that is just starting out in the last few years with flatbed. If you want to be a company driver then go to TMC.

Malone does not take anyone just out of school anyway, you need previous otr experience before they will even consider you.

What 6 month a year? Oh yeah you got all the experience now...
Sorry it just makes no sense to me why they have co drivers on the van side but not the flat side? Is there a reason for that? -

Honestly, if I could have done a few weeks as a co-driver I might have considered it. But I'm managing to figure things out. I'm learning I like hauling equipment. Beats the hell out of tarping coils.

are most of your loads malone loads or broker frieght gravedigr? Olander in Sioux falls and Emkin in harlan Ia (omaha office ) have equiptment to haul or they used to anyway.
