What are the safest and most dangerous truckstops??

I like the food at the outpost cafe at the pilot 395 and 15 in Victorville California

 

Yeah it always amazes me everytime I drop by west memphis go inside , ultimately some teenager in line at the check out pulls out the biggest roll of ####### cash youd ever seen. Never been woken up by a knock though . I get a feeling about the pilot in birmingham on 78 just before you get to 20 definitely not a great spot to be.

 

Im from Arkansas (Benton, but live in North Little Rock) and I went to CDL school in West Memphis. I stopped by the pilot just about every morning and sometimes for lunch but only went there at night a few times. Never did I see anything alarming. I guess maybe because I wasn't there overnight or in the truck parking lot. Prostitutes and drug dealers are everywhere as well as a crime element, but as long as you're not looking to buy some *** or drugs, why do they bother you? Go about your business and they will theirs. I don't knock no one's hustle, I simply tell them no thanks and keep it moving. They find plenty of people that want their services or else they wouldn't waste their time being there so if it's not for you, just move on. Pretty simple. Oh and don't make your self a target... some people walk around looking very scared which makes them an easy victim. Even if you are scared, act like you the biggest baddest MF to walk the planet and most often, you won't get bothered

Don't worrie it will happen some lizard that does not care if you sleep well or not will be at your Door while your trying to sleep and wake your ### up and ask if you want some company or some bum will wake you up and ask for money ,,trust me this will happen to you some night probably while your getting the first good nights sleep you have had in a long time too,,,,

Some woman was hustling drivers in the front row there during the day last time I was there.

 

Last time I stayed at the J in W. Memphis the local PD were doing a sting with an undercover.

 

I really enjoy the Pilot in Tumwater, WA. I also enjoyed the TA just after the Grapevine heading northbound.

I had a experence at one in Santa Nella, CA that had maximum pucker factor involved.
