I think this whole idle thing is BS, especially when you think about how they refuse to make the decision to give us APUs, which would be a Godsend. It's like "we're gonna screw you with not giving you APUs, then further eff with you and your idling". Making the idling thing effect our bonus is one thing - making it impossible is just plain messed up.

Swift drivers have APUs. I can't believe I have to be envious of a Swift driver! Honestly, if it weren't for my desire to get on the Choice thing, I would probably be part of the turn over rate. Should they make my truck not idle before I get on Choice, I'm gone. I like SNI, but it's this ###### right here that really makes me mad.

Glad you posted that. I was in the process of (probably) returning to SNI...but I won't do it if 80 is the upper threshold.

I'm about 37 miles away from Hudson. I like the idea of being home every weekend, but doesn't that usually just mean you're home for your 34?

I still want on the Choice program so I could be home pretty much whenever I want, and for as long as I want. I assume it works that way, at least.

Im not 100% sure, but if you stay home for more than 30 days, you will have to go back to oreintation for a road test.

Us that have cooling systems on our trucks won't have any problems with that policy if it goes into play.

But most trucks don't have the cooling systems. And down here in Texas, we have nights when it doesn't get any cooler than 85.

I can see bunch of drivers quitting cuz of this. You don't treat human brings like that.
