I use my flashers whenever my speed falls below the posted minimum speed limit or 45 mph if it's not posted.
-
Drop a gear and fall to 40, my 4 ways are on. Unless I'm in California. They have a law about that, just like laws about everything else.
-
Swift for some reason pushes that BS about CA having a law about 4 ways and big rigs...I took Swift's word for it too....till WCP showed me where I was "mistaken"....I think it was this thread.....back in 2008!!!! -
Heh...yep. answered your PM.
Somebody's been going around digging up old threads.
I have a song dedication in .....well, nevermind, I'll just find the link....

im amazed that a swift driver was able to talk on the CB and not run off the road.
scottied67 Thanks this. -
I'm amazed that anyone does it anymore....it's trouble enough for some of todays drivers to even use a turn signal when changing lanes!
otherhalftw, RALPHMANBEARPONY and aiwiron Thank this. -
Do the 4 ways flashers effect brake lights ability to work correctly?
I only ask because I had a driver with flashers on cram his brakes
going downhill.I never saw any brake lights, and closed a nice distance
before I figured out he had poured on the brakes. -
Depends. If they do, the brake lights just go from flashing to steady.
