Since Bigkid is enjoying his time at home, I'll jump in.

No they do not, Chicago/Rockford and maybe Milwaukee would be the cutoff. I've been to GreenBay about 4 times in 3 months - home time would be an issue up there.

Delivered in Belvidere,Il. Loaded in Elk Grove Village,Il and dropped that in Bloomfield,Mo then deadheaded home. Won't be back to work until 9/17. Fly out of Nashville,Tn tomorrow to Seattle then get on the Norwegian Jewel on Saturday for a 7 day Alaska cruise.

What kind of hometime do you usually take on the lease? Im used to being home weekends (friday afternoon, saturday morning leaving sunday night monday morning). Do you bring trailers home? Or are you required to drop in a yard if they are loaded? Do they have health insurance available? How many miles are you averaging? Do you use e-logs? Thanks

I usually stay out about a month then take off for 5-6 days. Lately because of a couple long vacations I have taken off about 12 days each time so I stayed out about 2 months before each of them but I got thru the house a few times during those times. I always take trailers home with me loaded or empty. They do have health insurance available that from what I have heard is not too expensive but I don't use it. I average about 2700 miles a week when I am out. I don't have elogs but people starting now have to go on them.

For a company that doesn't hire out of the Carolina's, they sure have a lot of freight out here.
