After 2 hours your detention clock starts.

Sitting at pilot on i-30 exit 87 in Texas. I would like to know how 600 a week is poverty level? And 600 is an easy slow week. Plus no one on this forum praises Con-Way. We come here to complain about the little things, but we know its worse elsewhere. Anyways I got my Lowe's load early going to Weslaco by Monday.

Wow, you pegged Fat Slob in just one post! Nice. He shows up every time he smells a little poop in the threads. Haven't seen him in a while, almost forgot him.

You have a good outlook. You are right, just timing and bad luck. They will get you fixed, meanwhile you are getting miles instead of sitting for a week and a half in Atlanta. Sometime this winter when half the fleet is shut down for snow, your timing will have you in good weather raking in the cash. It all evens out.

Check with road service and see what they got in nashville, laverne area or even west memphis. That may save you going all the way to JOPMO and save you the wait time for catching loads going the right way.

    Hang in there.

Yeh i know that but what does that have in relation to a delivery receipt? Proving your time I guess? But does anyone else do them?

Yeh that guy is obviously a chode. Not hard to spot them lol. But thanks i will do that monday when I deliver. Another question. Do you have to put your time on whatever form it is when you arrive at shipper? (hours on 11,14, and 70 and how much you pick up at each midnite) They should be able to see this if they need it.

Hanging out in KC tonight, got 8.5 left on the 70 and nothing coming back till tomorrow night, should make it to W. Memphis tomorrow, and deliver in Memphis on Monday. Wednesday I was in Helena, Mt. So pretty good dispatches and should make it home by Thur after 8 weeks out, I am ready!

I quit doing receipts even with 2 hours late, I just put arrival/departure time on the BOL and have them sign it. If they refuse to sign with time I write *refused to sign times*. I have yet to have a problem with detention.

No, I haven't been using that since the whole fleet went to e logs. The planners and fleet managers can see our hours with a click.
