Anyone ever deal with OpenMile?

I was wondering the same thing. I have tried to contact them with no luck. They look like a scam that will never get off the ground. I dont know what they did with their 60million they reised but I have seen NO adds anywhere for this site. All they are is a site.

Sure you are a "real" company with "real" freight.

I just got my login information and logged in to only find 78 loads scattered across the country.

Only 78 loads and you call yourself a "real" company? I have seen free freight boards I consider crappy that have more freight than you guys.

Like I posed before. I would like to know where all of the "venture capital" money went??

Your post here is highly unusual by the way. From where I am standing, your post looks like "damage control".

Seriously, you are on this board just to respond to my post? You guys must have some time on your hands . Maybe you should get some freight on your "site" vs trolling the boards trying to respond to posts like mine.

Just another broker trying to make you think they are something they are not.

I would say watch out for these guys.

 

Hey we are working on something similar to Openmile but in Europe. We are trying to find a way to make it so you guys get direct access to shippers. I have a question, would you guys prefer to pay a monthly rate, or do you prefer per load. We don't want to be the duck, we really want to offer something different...but we are still in the phase of knowing exactly what that is.

Interested to see what you would want to change.

 

How can an non-asset based - broker - company be Smartway certified?

 

i have pulled freight for OpenMile, didnt really have a problem with them

I will save you all the time. That is 1400 miles - $1.16.

 

Ouch..... I think I did a good paying same day pick and drop about 200 miles load for Openmile back in February to Indianapolis. Will have to go back and check. Are they based out of Boston?
