I keep posting on here how cut throat it is up here. Then I always get some genius who isn't even here to tell me I'm incorrect and or totally wrong.... There is alot of companies now bidding 70 an hour just to keep a little foothold up here.... Key has been going down hill since they started over charging and hiring bad drivers.... And Hess is there only lifeline up here but they constantly screw #### up and loose wells cause of some driver with 150 hours of experience driving over a wellhead in the daylight... 750,000 dollars later and they keep the driver on... They run there show like a bunch of clowns here...they got the worst management I've ever seen...I'll say it again.....
This Is Not The Time To Come To ND and find your fortune... Especially hauling water or oil...Even more so if your an O/O...
Avoid any ad on Craigslist....There just looking for suckers to get up here and throw u in a truck that runs 12 hours a week... And you don't get paid while u sit... And then 90 days later you will get your first paycheck- the housing fees and all that... The people who do this are in front of WalMart selling anything they can for fuel to get back home....I am here every day in Williston ND... I talk to Key drivers Every day so what I'm broadcasting is the real deal.... I see the trucks at Westside fuels that havnt moved in Weeks... Yes Weeks that are water haulers... If people have questions there more then welcome to pm me about it... Hell even Power Fuels the Dominant hauler up here even cut its rates to compete and we havnt hired in like 2 months and that's gonna run through November as we were told...

second this advice.
if they do not have their own contract, and since I wouldn't touch that kind of work offer anyways.
I know personally of one sub whose son is the cfo of MBI, and his 5 trucks ran only half the normal in July
Trucks,Trucks and more Trucks are parked up here scrambling for that oil moola
I see um parked from Bismarck on up to Minot and over, wondered what was up and why
Have my own ideas on what a person with atleast some exp, as an operator or driver should look for work wise, nothing direct to oil though.
Hydro vac work paid well last yr,now that market is so saturated you see them trying to work for local cities even, weird play of events, well welljaxoilman Thanks this. -

MBI offered me a job, are they slow also? I'd like to not end up as another Walmart yard seller trying to get back home. I'd be hauling water if I take the job. From the above posts it sounds like I should stay home. The job will be in watford city, supposed to be there on the 8th. Thank you in advance.
