We did, but it was hard... When ever he saw the camera he would duck behind the officer, or turn his back or head... Finally got one though... And his passenger![]()
Tempted to post them... LOL... But not sure of any legal stuff if I did :/

BTW just to give you some piece of mind. Air bag sensors are quite sophisticated. Breaking them off or bumping into them at slow speeds won't set your air bags off.
Lady K Thanks this. -
Well, Matilda is in the shop... Freightliner there in SLC. We are now rolling in a loaner truck. We named her HELLen. It's a Peterbuilt... What the number is I have no clue, but the cab is narrow and it has a Cummins in it. Really DO NOT like the turning radius, but other than that, it will do
ESPECIALLY since it keeps us rolling while our truck is getting fixed!!
So we are now heading across 80 to York, PA and from there to Moreno Valley, CA... Really nice to be rolling again!!Bumpy Thanks this. -

KEEP ROLLING!! Yep we have definitely done that!! LOL!
As we sit right now, Gary has zero hours on his 70 and I have 7... BUT we made it not only to our PA stop ON TIME, but the one back in CA!! Our new load picks up 1 hr from here then we will get as far north as we can, find a place where we can do laundry, and camp until midnight... When Gary and I get some hours back...
Yeah it's been busy and even feels like work... But it's SO much better than the alternative!NoCoCraig, Wedge, Jarhed1964 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Sorry..Play on words there. Keep er goin, huh?
Lady K Thanks this. -
Whew... Truck is suppose to be done, and we will be doing the PA loop again. That will swing us by SLC so we can return our loaner and pick up Matilda.
We really cut our hours down to the nubs getting these last loads done. We had to stop yesterday with zero hours for Gary and 1.2 hrs for me!! Thank goodness for recapsThis almost full day at home will give us back enough so we can do our 9 hrs/day that we try to keep to.
Well time to kick back on the couch and get caught up on SOA... Ah... This is nice!! -
####... (Not sure if that word will go through the censors)... Swapped out our loaner with Matilda and go 255 miles... Stop to fuel and can't start our truck!! After $140 for a service call Gary gets taught how to jump the starter... So now we can't shut off our truck, unless we want to jump the starter again... And how many times can we do that before things won't be covered by the warrantee?? So we stop in Lincoln, NE (the night manager was awesome!!) and they hook it up and figure out its not a switch or relay... We don't have time to trace down the specific wire so we roll on... Since this truck has the Opti idle we have to bump up the RPM so it won't turn itself off... Thankfully we don't sit for long, but it still chews up the fuel... So we made our 99 (PA) and now heading to CA... We will stop on our way north in Stockton at the Freightliner dealer and see if they can find the wire(s) and pray it doesn't cost to much in time or money!! Talk about rolling with the flow... LOL!
