It uses a 2.5mm video input jack on the right side of the unit. So technically you can use any camera that has a 2.5mm plug and the correct pin configuration. We developed this one specifically as professional-grade for semi trucks (TND 720 camera) but there are many "license plate" style cameras that are cheaper out there for a smart guy with a soldering iron and a pair of wire cutters to rig too.

I was thinking along the lines of getting into a reconized format for converting. That still might work....might not too. Was just a thought. I've been forced into doing just that a time or two.

As mentioned, I did open the file and it is in the correct format. It is the conversion import of the Dock that seems to be the issue.

    Thanks,

It has been submitted via internal ticket to be looked at. I have to go back and find the ticket to see if it has been looked at yet.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Thanks for the help Mark, its appreciated. Do you you think we'll be able to handle this today? I'm leaving for a 2 week run today. If not today we'll do it when I get back, I should still have time to get the trade in to RMN

If you are going to use the other one for trade in, it does not have to be working, but we do want to get you up and running with your address book.

PM me or E-Mail me. I will be checking E-Mail's about every 30 min.

    Thanks,
    Mark
