I have a felony and its stopping me from getting a job

I'm a recent grad and I have a felony that happen in 2009 it was a possesion with a intent to sale no jail or prison time I have no restrictions I wasn't using the drugs it was a stupid mistake I recently got a BA in criminal justice and working on my Masters make a long story short I wanna drive trucks but I just need someone to give me a chance I know the charge was just in 2009 but I will work for free for the first month to prove to a company they can trust me and I'm not a bad guy do anybody know any company would give me a chance. I live in Clarksville TN
