SNI no longer has company sponsored training, so you don't have to pay SNI anything. You come to orientation with your CDL and get paid while at orientation and with your trainer.

It doesn't work with this new system, I have had it for two days, and have found no way around the truck shutting off. It doesn't matter what brakes are set, if the clutch is engaged or if the truck is in gear or not. You can rev the RPM's as high as you can, the truck, if it is not driven, will shut off after 4 minutes, there is no way around it other than driving.

Quick question.....how are OOR miles calculated? Is is every mile you went OOR, or the difference between what they said it should be and what you ran?

Man, I'm just not interested in running pig trails across GA when the most direct route would be interstate.......

    Appreciate the help....

SNI pays by Household Movers Guide.

then what are you looking for?

They pay Household Movers Guide. If it says it is 500 miles from point a to point b you get paid for 500 miles, it doesn't matter if you drove 480 or 520.

Okay, say if you're parked at a TS and moved the truck up a few feet and then back every few minutes... can you keep it running then? Not that that would be fun to do... but if you were in a pinch, and had a half hour to spend doing such a thing to charge your battery... would that work?

Or, say you're on your 34 and just spent a half hour driving through the parking lot? This way you'd not knock your Qualcomm off of "Off Duty" time and possible charge your batteries. Heck is a half hour long enough to recharge the batteries even?

I don't think so, because if you are idling the truck forward and back, it will still shut off because the truck is still in idle. I don't know exactly what the threshold is for the idle shut off to disengage. I am still playing around with it, but I haven't had it shut off anytime I was in traffic. It hasn't shut down anytime I was moving, only when I was parked.

I am still testing it, so if I come up with any more info I will let you know.

no, a half hour is not long enough to charge your batteries. You are screwed on a 34 hour restart, I don't see any other way around it. I have already told me DBL if I had to take a 34 and it is cold out, that he needs to make sure I am at an OC or they are paying for a hotel room. First night I will be fine, I am not freezing the second night because I have no way to charge the batteries.
