Looks like it's misleading. Look at the student requirements page below, it indicates you must have a CDL.

That is the "Driver Training" Page-- Not the "CDL Training" page

2 different things. I would assume after you go through the "CDL Training" you than go to the "Driver Training" after getting your CDL or if you already have a CDL.

So if you get a Knight Squire CDL are you automatically enrolled in Squire Driver Training or does it cost xtra?

BTW, I mentioned B4 that CDL schools bring in other trucking co.s to give their pitches during the last week of CDL school...but that is the 'independent' trucking schools, whereas the co.s that run the schools only give their pitch, which means you become locked in to their training program..just an FYI.

I know- And I'm fine with Knight- I just need to get my experience-
Once I get that year or so experience in I can move on if I want.
Knight doesn't pressure u to drive teams or pressure u to lease old broken down trucks. And they don't do team training. Every female Knight driver I have spoken to or messaged have all been happy with the way they are treated. Good enough for me.

    What about.........

    EDIT:

Also, you shudnt need a trainer to start CDL school which is usually 4 weeks. Will give her a chance to prep & sync up with you when you get your CDL..

Tread lightly and be VERY careful about assuming ANYTHING with trucking companies. Find out well beforehand exactly what the spiel is. The way I interpreted it is you must have a CDL upon arriving and then they send you to their training, like any other company out there does with new licensees. Make sure you find out exactly what they're offering.

    NWMAXI Thanks this.

One would think- I called because I want to sign up and their reply "We don't have any available female trainers'. Seems they would want to at least get me started- I have my permit- was told to call back when I actually had my permit than excuses. Once I am actually available to start (I am still working) I will ask about male trainers if the other isn't ready yet.

They put you 1 week on the range than out on the road with a trainer after that.
