I have a .csv file of all the address's i have on my dezl 560 is there a way to import this list into the address book on the 720?
i know i can do it as a poi but i dont want them in as a poi.

if not i'll just enter stops as i need them till i get the 720 populated with the 560

    Thanks

Issue being as a few posts ago I explained. The format of the .csv of your unit may differ from the layout of the TND address book.

They is a way, but you should be somewhat DB (database) savvy.

    Thanks,
    Mark

That's probably the easiest way of doing it. Re working a csv file is not my idea of a fun afternoon.

Mark at the corner of 100 Barnett and grand ave. (in Arroyo Grande, CA.) is a arco gas station to get to it, I'm going S. on the 101, exit Grand, turn right and turn right into the station from grand to position for the drop. Now my truck is pointing toward barnett. To leave you turn left on barnett, left on grand and left again on the 101 N.B. on ramp. The unit wants me to turn Right on grand (and when I don't do that) It wants me to turn onto S.B. 101 for who knows why when then ramp I need is less than 100 yards away.

Had to rework a csv file by hand line by line- lots of data and took 4 days on and off. I am not nor ever was any type of IT person but I still wouldn't wish that kind of tedium on anyone.

    Mark,

I really don't feel like reading through all 481 pages and my search was unsuccessful... is there any way to transfer the back-up of the tnd 510 address book to the tnd 720? and what files am I looking for?

    Thank you,

    Jason
