Woooohoooo I've only been sitting for 40 hrs (6 sine my empty call) and I got a load. Hold the celebration though because its a 50 mile dh followed by a 200 mile run with live load and unload. Oh yes, the icing is that the pick up has a 2200 pu time! What what, I'm in the money now BABY! LOL what a joke.

Ok guys and gals, I need to know what peoples opinions are on health. With all the CSA stuff slowly going in to affect what do you think the limits should be. I have never been presented with this question as far as my health but I now have a student who I feel is not in the right health to preform the job with safety and wellness is concerned. Not that he is a bad driver or anything like that but the simple things like climbing in a trl to sweep it out, getting in the driver seat, hooking and unhooking things like that seems to have him over worked. I have never been one to judge a person in any way but am a ferm believer in our duties as a driver. But just don't know what to do or say. Like I said driving is fine no problems there. More of the physical parts I'm worried about. Plz help

Your Job is to train him. Not judge him or even question his abilities. Train him and let the rest work itself out. Obviously he passed the agility test so why does it matter if he's obese
-
Matt I think your seeing it wrong. Yes I will train him but when his own safety is at risk to due our job which is more than just sitting behind the wheel what then.. I am far from one that judges. But safety is a major deal. To him an others
-
Talk with him about it. See what he has to say. Let him know your feelings about it.
