The prl is what the phone uses to tell it what towers to use for roaming. (The one for Sprint lte phones is 56006 for roaming on Verizon.) It's in settings, with baseband and software. You will need a program like qpst and know your msl number for the phone. If you're not rooted (or do not know what "rooted" means) this hack may not be for you.

Ah, gotcha. Yeah I've rooted a few Android phones, and jailbroken and unlocked quite a few iphones and ipads. I'm an iphone user, and I'm not quite sure if you edit your PRL on iphone. I'll have to google that. -

Both Pilot/Flying J and TA/Petro have WiFi that you can purchase with the points you earn on your Frequent Fueler cards. Signal strength and quality vary from place to place, but it's usually passable. At least until you can afford something better, if you like spending money.

I've used the Pilot/FJ Wifi once..I wont use it again ever. The time I 'used' it (tried to) it was too slow to use.
