Your not offending anyone, however I would have to say that 99.9999% of the drivers out there want the same schedule as you do!
I wouldn't get your hopes up on getting a local gig and being home all the time. It is vary rare! This is the reason most newbies quit within the first few months. For some reason they all believe the recruiters over the experienced drivers advice and get their hopes all worked up over false information. If you are attending driving school then plan on driving over the road for 6-8 weeks at a time with 2-3 days off. This is the norm in the industry and if for some reason you get lucky then cool but if not you won't have your dreams crushed!
