I'd wear a three piece suit. Navy in color. White shirt, french cuffs. With a red tie, matching pocket square. Maybe some alligator skin loafers. Let them know you're taking charge of the interview.
Also, if it's cold, go with a nice cashmere topcoat. With a scarf. You'll probably leave there as the new manager. -
Yes, dress up. Don't overdo it though. First impressions are important. You represent the company when you deliver to the customer.

No need for fancy clothes. This is trucking you guys. Safety boots, and maybe a Dickie shirt and pants will do it. Work wear people, no need to dress for a desk job lol. Have your credentials also with your MVR, and other paperwork in hand to make things go smoothly.
pattyj Thanks this. -
wife beater, shorts and flip flops
Honch, Mrh2008, sherlock510 and 2 others Thank this. -
Depends on what kind of outfit they are and what they pay. If they pay well, I would wear a suit and tie. If they are a typical advertising outfit, I would show up in flip flops, pajamas a scruffy beard a beer in one hand and a joint in the other.

What's wrong with scruffy beards?

A lot of jokers on this one lol
seriously. Dress as if you might have to work that day.
Been to interviews that were done out on the yard showing the boss man a pre trip and coupling up and road test before any paperwork was done. You never know
