It should connect without changing any settings on the Verizon Hotspot.

Are you using your phone or a Mi-Fi?

Is it failing at the password? (to switch to lower case use the bottom button, far left).

    Have you updated lately?

    Thanks,
    mark

It might be the same way the Sprint Overdrive Pro connects and you have to change the security mode to WPA Personal TKIP.

E-Mail me and I will send you the instructions that we use for the Sprint Overdrive Pro or if you are not sure how to do this, I can remote into your computer via TeamViewer which you will have to install and check your settings for you.

    Thanks,
    mark

What can I do to resolve this: the decal used for the serial number on the back of my tend 510 has rubbed away. Without it I cannot register for the lifetime maps. Is there another way to get this info?

    Yes,

Main screen/preferences/device (general)/about - Click on the far right button - OS Ver. The serial number will be there.

    Thanks,
    mark

Is there a way to set it so she does not read the entire exit signs?
Just say take exit 182 on right or what ever would be great

Instead if reading all 25 words and naming all roads the ramp will take you to half the time I'm up the ramp and turned and it is still reading the sign
