I've seen an equal amount of whiny crybaby stuff in other industries I've either worked in, or delivered freight to.
Especially union jobs. They're always whining about something. Have you ever picked up freight at the shipping terminal in Gloucester, NJ? Them longshoremen don't do anything BUT complain.

There was a specific post about a dispatcher somewhere in the northeast whose names was, I believe, Corey. The poster was ranting and raving about this guy for never talking to the drivers without sounding like he was talking to a child or something along those lines. I've been trying to find it but not having any luck. If I do, I'll post it.
That is what actually prompted this thread. FWIW. -

It was the above thread that prompted this one. As I said before, I dont' care what company or industry you work for/in, enough LEGITIMATE complaints about any employee to management will get noticed.
And I know I'm right about drivers not complaining enough. The majority of people that ##### and moan and complain all the time about their jobs do so to other people. Most of them will never say a word to anyone that can actually do something about it. They'll just keep getting older and more bitter and coming to places like this.Last edited: Nov 21, 2012
