    Check with the state he lives in. In CA. you have to request to have DWI/DUI to come off at the DMV after three to ten years.

    I know he spoke to a lawyer via the the phone and he indicated he didn't think there was anything that could get them removed but would look into it. I personally say, you don't know until you try.

    Yes very bad they normally hire the felons and pay very low and treat drivers pretty bad. Not saying other companies don't treat people bad. But when you truly have no other options. Companies take advantage of that. So they abuse at will. I have never worked for these companies but they don't have very good track records. I'd stay out of trucking if I had to go to one of those.
