How common is it to get your truck fooled with at truck stops or rest stops? It has been done a few times now, from an antenna broke to my air line. Worker for Werner Trucking and it seems either it is someone who hates Werner or just others that are just thinking it is funny.

They earned the name the "big blue screw". They are most likely former coworkers .? And not much you can really do, most likely going to catch them in the act. It's childish , but it is what it is !

You got it on the head. Werner intentionally puts everything on your DAC after them telling you its not going on there. You find out after attempting to get a better job.

Back when LED's first came on the market, we put 6 of the oval model 60 LED light on the back door of one of our transporters. We only used the grommet mount type and they got stolen at the Petro in Reddick, FL.

Since then, have not had any other issues. Except a couple of missing lug nut cover (I know they were there the night before when I fueled up and checked the rig out. Were missing in the morning)

Lots of disgruntled England or ex England drivers. If someone works for England but isn't in my fleet (we run different equipment so it is usually obvious) I park as far as possible from them at the truckstop, for the fear that they may well be disgruntled.

The only time anything happened though is my fifth wheel release lever was pulled when I worked for swift, IIRC at the South Boston, VA dollar general DC. Thank god I check that when I do even the quickest pretrip. Nothing has happened to me at England yet, but I hear so many stories it is only a matter of time I fear.

When I drove for Swift several years ago, someone pulled the lever on my trailer tandems. Got a red light at the scales just down the way, over 40 ft kingpin. Got a nice little ticket. I have seen 2 dropped trailers at the same ts, one was a Swift. Like mentioned previously, it is usually disgruntled idiots. Make sure you check everything out, even on a quick pretrip. The worst one I have heard was a driver I know that drives for a smaller company had a ton of fuel issues with his Pete. Turns out there were a bunch of little clear plastic sandwich bags dropped in his fuel tank. His was a personal issue, turns out his girlfriend's husband didn't care for him very much.
