The reimburse all of them as long as you keep the receipt. You lose it they won't reimburse no matter what it is. I was 14/7 out of Jacksonville a while back. I was in phase 3 and fm said the truck is there. I drove 2 hrs to the truck which wasn't there. Found a hotel that Roehl would've reimbursed if I kept the receipt, even when they approved the cost of the hotel over the phone, no receipt, no reimbursement.

Without the receipt, the IRS won't let Roehl (or any business) deduct it as a business expense; Roehl would have to eat the expense in that case.
Too many of those and any business would croak :biggrin_2555: so understandable that Roehl would really want that receipt if they're going to pay the expense.

Also -- if the hotel stay was not too long ago (e.g. a couple years or less) many hotels will send you a duplicate receipt if you contact them and request it. You may still be able to get reimbursed.

Yep just stopped there today quickly. They have nothing right now as far as supplies go, except paperwork. You can get trip sheets, com checks... But no oil washer fluid, no tools. It a place to park and get a shower and order food delivery.

At the TA in Gary. Deliver first stop in Fort Wayne tomorrow anytime before noon. Then home until Wednesday.

In Sunnyvale waiting to get loaded. Preplan said 21:00 no appt preload so I got here a few hours ago just to beat the Dallas traffic on a Friday. I have to wait until 19:00 to check and see if trailer loaded yet. Out of hours now but been here so long I will be able do a split sleeper to get out of here to a truckstop at least. Less than 800 miles to first stop Monday morning.
Somehow now the preload has turned into live load. Good thing I'm out of hours and can't go anywhere anyway or I might be irritated.
