LilAce Hey check out the videos on Youtube by Yourboye Thetrucker. He has many good vids and he does drive for Swift. I dont know anyone right off hand who does them for Werner but I havent looked either.....Keep a good attitude and you can survive almost anything.

You had a good experience with Werner. Congrats! Because unlike you, there's a lot who haven't. Lastly, I'm guessing you've never said a good or bad thing about a product and/or company based entirely on other's opinions?AZS Thanks this. -
Werner has a good student training program, and that's about it. Once your on the road, the dispatchers, load planners, permits, driver placement, Gra-Gar, driver relations people, etc do as little as possible to help you succeed as a new driver. Luckily, I had a good trainer who still makes himself available when I need advice.
