    Mexican carriers with Mexican drivers cannot pick up and deliver the same load within the U.S. The load may terminate or originate in the U.S., but not both; just the same as Canadian drivers in the U.S. and American drivers in Canada.

    Okay. The way I read your post I thought your understanding is that Mexican drivers (in the pilot program) have free reign in the U.S. (some drivers do believe that).

    Huh, I don't see a problem.... I can't tell you how many non-english, illegals I see driving everyday out there!
