You need a better DM. Here is what I would do, because I'm awesome or at least I was. When it was close to the cut off I would have drivers fax directly to me and then I'd walk them over the payroll department and hand deliver to their payroll rep. As long as I didn't delivery like 10 or more a week they'd let it slide.

That does suck. What was the time? All before noon, or just the one and others like 12:01?

So after all that happened this morning and got cleared from previous failed load I get another preplan. I was 15 miles or so from it but Roehl wanted me to take my empty dry van trl to Gary and exchange for a empty reefer for a dry van load. They said they were short on empties so to use a reefer to haul dry van. Doesn't make sense I had a empty for a dry van load but if they want to pay me more for same work then ok. After sweeping the water out and clearing the drain holes and passages of debris I got a load from alsip il to me-no-monie wi. Dropped trl at Walmart distrib no empties there. Going to call back in the morning for a available one or hope to bobtail for a menards load going to Hermantown mn for tomorrow. Good times

Well that is curious then. Each one separate too? I got some crap at first for scanning them all together just using the trip sheets as dividers because the first few I did I faxed and would have had to pay for each call. You Still should have gotten paid for all of them.

I've never done that a or heard of doing that. I don't know if you were trained to do that or if your trainer went over scanning trip sheets with you. Pretty much call pay roll explain what happened and they should pay you through comdata card and maybe have to scan them in separately after you speak with them.
