Has anyone heard of MTS, just wondering if they are a legitamate company or not. They have a job posted that I am interested in but they won't give any info about it until I fill out a online application with all my personal information, basically a job application.

Those on line apps usually include an employment verification form. I do not fill those out without knowing I would take the job. Personally, I think its a red flag or a lazy recruiter if they won't give you job details without an app.

MTS is real, I live about a block from them in Grand Rapids Mi.

Its an OK company, I guess, trucks seem kind of older, but they don't advertise a lot so they must have happy drivers, I did see 2 new Coranodos in their lot the other day though..

MTS Recuiters and MTS Transportation are two different companies. Recruiters is a staffing/recruiting company and Trans is a trucking company. The two companies are not related. If you call either company, they will let you know.

not a lazy recruiter dude, company policy. And the recruiting company doesn't need the verification form to be completed to consider it for any of the driving jobs that they are actually recruiting for. And if you don't want to put your personal info on the app, then don't, as with most applications if it is a required field, then put any characters in those fields and the application will save regardless.

I have explored every state. They claim to have company and owner operator jobs in every state but you cannot find one single truck on the road with their name on it. I thought about applying to a job I seen at the employment office that sounded too good to be true. But it's obvious by their website, everything is generic. I would like to apply to the job but their website is professionally done with junk material. Ya know, fake models, fake trucks, fake news, etc. When you get down to looking at the jobs, it looks like they are hiring for other companies or something?!?!? Just looks like a BAIT AND SWITCH to me. Some one fill me in and let me know. They are posting my dream job in Missouri! But I'm thinking they are full of crapola! Their website at first appears to be a company, but once you start exploring their tabs, it looks like they recruit for several companies. Who are they? What are they hiding? Why not just come out and say your recruit for other companies? Why do they hide the companies they recruit for? Any drivers out there actually know who these people are? Bobtail members will not be recognized!!! This is their site! https://www.mtsdm.com/

    Hi Shortcut,
The job that you are interested in is probably no longer available. They are simply a recruiting agency, companies hire them to assist with their recruiting efforts, company names are not disclosed until you have spoken to a recruiter and then before your basic information is submitted to the "actual hiring company". The company name is disclosed at that time, and if at that time you say "No, I am NOT working for that company", mts does not release your information to the hiring company, your application stays on file. When looking on the site, jobs that they are recruiting for say "new" next to the job title. And because they are a recruiting company, you will never see on of their trucks on the road. Good Luck with your job search.
