    Yeah right....

All of the untrained drivers and fatigued drivers are only Illinois drivers. Get real.

Have you ever been to one of the DMVs In the Chicagoland area And seen all of the Eastern Europeans attempting to get there CDLs? Untrained is one of many words I have for them. Id rather have a bunch of spanish speaking drivers. Atleast our numbers look the same...

Chicago has one of the most diverse nationality demographics in the nation. Love it or hate it. None of us are original... unless you are getting profits from a casino.

I know many Eastern Europeans that are able to author a three line paragraph with no grammar errors. Unlike the one quoted above. Most can speak 5 or more languages!

Sorry if my grammer isnt perfect whem I'm typing on a phone.... i know many people from other countries also that speak multiple languages. The ones that I saw at the DMV when I changed my CDL could hardly speak english. But I guess I am the one in the wrong for wanting people to speak english when we are in the United States of America, A predominantly English speaking country. I know I had to learn Arabic and the proper dialect so I could communicate with local nationals when I was in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq and also had to learn a little bit of Farsi and pashto when I was in Afghanistan. I did not expect to go there and them learn English to communicate with me...

Im also curious as to how they get away with this since IIRC FMCSA says you have to fluently speak read and write the English language in order to operate a CMV.

Yep, it is the phone. It is always the equipment, never driver error.
