I'm sorry but I have to put this out here and hope people will not monkey see, monkey do anymore. I've been nose in parking for years for a few reasons, quieter, less chance of someone taking off my hood or mirrors, less chance someone stealing my fuel, so on and so forth. So please don't copycat and pull in next to me anymore. Pulled into to a little fuel stop up here in Iowa last night and 3 trucks spread out so I pick an one and nose in, what happens? Less than an hour later some crackpot decides hey this looks like a good way to park and end up right next to me. I'll never understand why some malcontents never use their brain...... No more monkey do, monkey see period!

Just people that have the herd mentality. They can't think or do things on their own. They need to be with somebody....

When you nose in you can only go until your steers hit the curb....if you back in you will over hang the curb....maybe I'm wrong but every time I try to back in next to someone with a 53' trailer that's nosed In especially if they have a long wheelbase tractor they're sticking way out in the aisle, maybe it's just me

Do you really think you're the only person allowed to nose in????

I'm not arguing with why because I nosed in last night only because my truck turns into a sauna when the sun shines on the windshield
