Wrong, if you don't stand up for yourself, nobody else will and employers can be replaced just as easily.
Again, until folks stand up to the powers that be...the middle class and in this case, drivers will continue to be #### on, lied to, scammed and nothing will change.

Sure, a Canadian company that hires only Canadian drivers with moving experience.
    Sorry, you're not qualified.

So isn't that what I said? Except I didn't come off like a total dbag. Open communications, express your needs. If you ever find a company that gives in to your every demand something is wrong with that company, or your getting screwed and just don't know it. Standing up for your self is good, trying to fight the power is bad when that power is your employer. Life must really suck for you if you feel like you need to fight with your employer to be treated fairly.

It's not fighting>it's negotiating, something the average knuckle dragging truck driver isn't able to do because they can't formulate a two word sentence.

    snafu Thanks this.

Hopefully the mods will let this one thru. I know I am not qualified to be a Canadian driver. I know you work for a Canadian company. I simply asked what company you worked for. I am sure you could help a fellow Canadian driver find a good company to work for.

I am hoping that you are a company driver and not an O/O. I say that because I don't hear too much about company drivers going in and asking for and getting a raise above what others who are doing the same work.

    What company is it again?
