What part of Nc? SE regional isn't really that. They still send you every where. But you can go home every 10 days. But if you do you don't make much money. If you stay out 3 weeks your better off

Do I need to do a pre-trip before the road test? If so, do they want you to name everything that you are checking? I haven't drove in a few years nor have I driven for a large company like Schneider.

 

If you seem to know what you're talking about, they wont make you name everything.

Also depends on which OSR you get. Most probably don't care as long as you seem to know somewhat, a few can be real sticklers.

 

First day of Orientation, for me, at Carlisle, PA. I've got to say that I'm impressed with the facility. My check ride was with a nice gent and passed me w/o any issues. Hoping to get my truck assignment on Wednesday and make that mula - -$ $ $ $ .

 

Not only a pretrip but proper SNI coupling procedure. They will provide you with two laminated sheets aka cheat sheets. They expect you to have them in hand and follow them. They will explain this to you in orientation of what is expected. Also have gloves and flash light
