I have failed it once, and can only take it one more time this week, and can only take it once a week til i pass it. I am just wondering does any company out there actually let you take the Permit in the classroom, or do you HAVE to have it before entering?

What you take in classroom will only be a practice test. All permit testing and license testing are done at the dmv.

i mean the knowledge test and endorsements. i know my skill test is done after the schooling. i am wondering if they would actually teach me more. i try to go take the test, and dont understand some of it. i am more on hand training type of person, than reading it from a book

i been doing the practice test on this website, and it actually helping me alot since the first time i took my test to see what i need to study, but just wondering what i should do.

In a classroom they go over the test and the answers over and over. They cover the book over and over. Maybe that setting would help you. But as far as hands on training, the school I went to wouldn't let you near the trucks until permits were obtained. Some maybe different.

well i have state funding where there paying for my classes in a school. but they told me i need my permit before entering the school. i hate to give up the funding. but i dont have no one else to go and actually learn and be tought the right way, and understand it. just wish they would do that, prior to me enrolling

that sounds like a bunch of bull. the school should help you prepare and teach you the core knowledge to get your permit. thats what schools are supose to do!!!!!!!!. maybe look at another school that qualifies for you funding

Have you tried the practice tests here? They were pretty close to what I saw on the test.

Whats so hard about reading the book and taking a test? We did it in high school all the time. If you are confused about parts and terminology just google videos on it im sure you will find some on the web. Good luck to you.
