I did say something about lazy in a previous post. You really believe I only make $500-750 a week? You sound like the guy ######## while sitting at a dock for no pay and why it's taking so long to get unloaded, but you're unwilling to unload yourself. Guess what, now I get paid to unload. It takes me about 2.5-3 hours to unload a full trailer at one stop (about the time you sit getting unloaded for free). A lot of the guys can unload a full trailer in less than 2 hours. At $100, what's my hourly pay for that unload? You don't even begin getting detention until you've sat there for at least 2 hours, then you have to fight for that $12 an hour. By then, I'm already on my way home. I just got done with a rather lite, 13k lbs, 11 stops (I also get paid for every stop I make) and 2700 mile round trip.

    $270/day seems ok to me. At 5 days/week, 48 weeks/year that's $64K

Pipe dreams there buddy. Keep on believing that you can make it, when your back is hurting, and your shirt is drenched in sweat, for a measly $100.

Big miles at jb hunt you say? LOL

The jb recruiter said I'd get 42cpm, how would they top me out on the charts? Because I have intermodal experience?

I am not sure what intermodel tops out at but that's probably the starting wage for everybody joining the account most likely you will get a raise within 6 months the recruiter should be able to tell you when the raises start .
