Perhaps his company needs to account for equipment better and provide what's needed to get the job done. :)

At the cons in Fitchburg, WI. Once again my FM and I got bullied by the planner. I rolled in here with like 15 mins on my 14. I shouldn't have been on this load in the first place. That was cutting to close for me trying to get a load delivered. I knew she was going to lose the battle when I saw a message that said overnight parking ok.

I hope the local guy is picking seven loads a day, otherwise do away with him. Equipment inventory will never be corrected too many strange things happen. The only way to have enough would be to have nearly fifty Percent more than needed to equip the fleet and replace as soon as damaged equipment came in.

Just make sure it's correct if you ever decide to leave or you'll get a nice surprise.

I don't know? I got my truck from a guy out in New York when I started, and I have all of the locks and stuff he had, they never even had me sign for locks, nor are they charching me for them. As far as the inventory they never went over it with me. I ve just added what Ive needed as Ive learned from other drivers what to carry. They have shown me with one lumber tarp since day one.....Most of the stuff I have more they what they show.

Truthfully I keep a very strict eye on my inventory. To many things they can say.

    Edit: let me change this.

    I try to atleast.

Well I'am over being cranky about the situation. only 6 and half hours of my truck and trailer being in the trailer service bay. but hey new airbags, no air leaks trailer that's darn near completely rewired, its all good.

The securement thing iam used to local guys no doing it the way i want. Just after finding all these issues with the trailer that was on my list of ########. Truthfully all of this should of been caught on his pretrip. No reason the trailer should of ever been loaded.

    Night dispatch calls you.

Hey we are going to build a relay off your load because of the issues. We got something else lined up for you that picks up in the afternoon. Have a great night!

    Hahahaha. Just kidding.
