Going to need a lot more info than just rate....and a low rate at that....city, region, equipment, running lanes, expected miles per week......

Long haul, from chicago to newark/philadelphia and various other runs going from the midwest to east coast. They usually average around 1500-2000 miles a week

If you are in a heavily saturated area for Drivers, If no one is getting back to you then it's probably that you have nothing interesting in your ad. .32 for how much experience? What benefits, if any. Where are you running? How long out? how long at home? How many trucks does your Boss operate? There are alot of factors to consider. at .32 you're way on the low side for an experienced driver IMO. Give as much info as you can in your ads. It's a Drivers market and you have to upsell your business if you want GOOD Drivers. Well that's my opinion anyway. If you have a local Job Center or employment Center you might want to advertise there as well. Monster doesn't hurt. But when I search "Trucking Jobs in Utah" I seem to get alot of results from Indeed.com.

6 trucks freightliners, KW & volvo, 4 vans, 4 reefers. operating from MI also have a base in PA. not sure what you mean by running lanes do you mean EZ pass? cuz we have ezpass and comdata cards. Typically run anywhere from 1500-2000 miles a week, no weekends.

Oops you posted that right as I did LOL! 1500-2000 miles a week? For .32 a mile for long haul? There's your problem. $480-640 aweek? Unless there is alot of accessory pay,,,,,,,that's really low :(

Miles are to short for .32 and 1500-2000 a week is not long haul IMO.
