    I dont know, I like steps. 53'. A 53' flat for cluck gives him more room for those LTLs he loves!

    Yes, but how often is it when a shipper wants a 53' trl do they need all 53' ?

    Years ago I had a 38' flat. Everybody saying they need a 40' flat.
    These were loads coming out of steel mills. coils.. Got smart and told them it was a 40' trl.
    Only once did I have a problem, but still got the load. on the trl..

    Hauled this tug boat up to Wi.
    How often do you get to haul a tug? And got paid pretty good to do it.

    Les is a steel hauler, a 53' step/trailer is useless to him...

    Seen this at a Pilot getting fuel in MN.
    Little off subject but though most would get a kick out of something different.
    Yes it is a chopped school bus pulling a 5th wheel camper. Notice the large diesel tank on back of the bus.
    Some people just can't get enough of riding in a school bus.
