not me. As long as things keep going the way they are, they will have to fire me to get rid of me.

 

I started with SNI back in 2011.... got pissed at SNI and quit..... then 2012 Hired back on..... Got pissed because I had a DBL that was horrible and I was sitting too much... So, I quit... and guess what? I got rehired again...lol back in orientation AGAIN this coming week..... crazy...

See, I have driven for some outlaw companies that pay very very good but that is the only good thing... The equipment was always a death trap, and running 18-20 hrs straight is not very fun.... so my point here is this... Each time I thought the grass would be greener on the other side... it was not..lol Each time I left SNI I turned the truck in CLEAN... and left notice... Yeah, freight is slow... but be thankful for a job everyday your in that truck.. Some people cannot get work at all.....

 

If i dont go with flat bedding, i will be back at SNI on the choice program.

 

I've been here for a year now. Schneider has treated me with respect. Most of the problems I've run into are typical of trucking. I don't like the direction the company has taken since workflow started last summer. Pushing more on to the driver. Now with the idle restrictor (let's call it what it is) and the new bonus calculator and the pay notice we just got, I think it's time they change their tag line "THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO"...NOW BEND OVER.

 

lmao.. yeah I didnt like the workflow... but I am still glad they took me back again.. they are a good company aside from the few dumb things they are doing.... With most of my driving being with the outlaw trucking companies my PSP is kinda fudged and every major carrier I applied for told me to kick rocks.... without SNI rehiring me I would have had to drive for another mom-pop...

But hey, maybe with all the drivers giving them ###### about the idle sensors they will fix it withing this year.. never know...

 

what pay notice?

 

Yea, I'd like to hear about this as well. I haven't been in my truck in a week now so I have missed out on all the messages.

 

I'm topped out at .43 cpm. I would like a notice that SNI will be raising pay...

 

Your raises will be performance based. Itll be like the bonus but have a few more things added to it.

"beginning Feb 1st your performance scorecard will determine your pay increase" more to it than that but straight from quacomm notice yesterday.
