My experience with SWIFT was home time was a ball park figure of when I'd get home. I found on avergae I got home 5 days one way or the other of when I was slated to bring her into the yard.
The start of my first year with Swift.

That's good information to have. First time I've heard it.

When I went to eat at Denny's tonight the waitress said that a guy came in and wanted T Bone, they were out. He asked for Chicken Breast, they were out. There delivery truck is stuck someplace. The guy threw something at her and walked out...There are WAY bigger problems in the world.
I have a good DM. I'm pretty sure I try his patience because I'm so new and don't know what's going on. He's very helpful. He's also off today. I'll know more tomorrow.MikeCammer, Bigdubber and B*Rocka Thank this. -
Time for a change...Sheriff1/6 Thanks this. -
I found with my DM, that if I waited tell after she had her first cup of coffee and waited about two hours after her starting her day I got a hell of a lot more out of her as she was usually caught up on what happened with the rest of her drivers during the night and she could focus a little bit more on my situation. Sometimes this ment I missed a load that would have been perfect for the situation but she always made right by me. Longest I ever missed home time was two weeks(so 6.5 weeks out) but I was also dealing with a loaner DM as my regualr DM was on vacation for a week and during that time I got kinda "forogtten" about. She made good gave me two weeks off.
Bigdubber and Sheriff1/6 Thank this. -
