So I accidentally passed an open scale with prepass the light turned red sign said all trucks next right so I went right got to the bottom of the ramp was concentrated on the traffic stopping for the light I looked seen a gas station and a connecting road and thought I must have exited early proceed to go back up the on ramp and seen the scale on down the connecting road to the right stopped on the up side of the ramp for about 10 minutes deciding what to do backing up wasn't really an option so I decided to roll on they going to mali a ticket because of prepass or what has anyone ever done this

Happens all the times. If they did not come after you, consider it a lesson learned.

I think all it does is go against your company's average in the prepass system meaning you will probably get red lights more often.

This company is my first experience with prepass as well. When I first drove in 1998-2000, prepass was in its infancy. Stevens Transport didnt use it back then.

at least you didnt say "i didnt see the sign on the highway". if they chase you down, you are destined for a hard time. passing a weigh station "by accident" is viewed as a good indicator that a driver is driving when he shouldnt be (too fatigued). not accusing you of that...sounds like wherever you were there was at least some room for some honest confusion. but as was said before...if you dont get caught, it didnt happen. if they do, they most likely will give you a thorough inspection, as well as the bonus prize of perhaps getting a ticket for blowing by the scale.

How can anyone blow pass an open scalehouse? Big signs and often flashing lights. But I think you will be ok given the circumstances.

State of orgeon takes your photo and calls your co. And asks who drivers that truck and then you get a surprise in the mail.
